Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed upon receipt of the good, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We need to receive the returned item(s) within 28 days from when the order was placed on our online store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Music Servers are exempt from being returned due to high shipping cost and taxes / duties involved. The exception is when it is a complete hardware failure, i.e. the music server failed to boot and run upon receipt. However, we prefer to troubleshoot the issue via WhatsApp video call and remotely accessing the music server.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after you have received the good.
VAT and Duties
For returns, it is the responsibility of the customer to recover VAT and duties paid during the import process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There is no refund for the 2-way shipping costs. The refund is only for product cost, minus 10% Restocking Fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to PayPal or credit card within 14 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
We will arrange the return shipment and provide you with Return Label. This is to ensure Malaysia Customs received the necessary return documentation so that we do not have to pay import duties and sales tax for the products we made in Malaysia.
